Coyote of the Month Coyote of the Month
June 2026
Nicole, New York City

Though she was more of a craft bartender when she came in, Nicole has become more of a Coyote in a short time! She is a shift lead and amazing at promoting. Nicole has been featured in Bartenders Magazine and is a choice of ambassadors for special events.
Hometown: Windham, Maine
What’s the must fun about your job at Coyote Ugly?
It’s quite literally the funnest bartending job any person could possibly have. Dancing, singing, making drinks; we’re basically throwing a party every shift. What’s not fun about that?
What makes you a good Coyote?
With my experience as a bartender, I know what to recommend every guest while also keeping the party going. I know how to make every person at the bar feel comfortable being themselves and let loose in a safe space, especially with women who come here. I know how to relate to people on a fundamental level and, when we add in the Coyote Ugly atmosphere, anything could happen.
How long have you been a bartender?
12 years! I’ve done everything from fine dining, craft cocktails, sports bars, and dive bars!
What do like to do on your off time?
I love to read smut novels, bake chocolate chip cookies (homemade recipe of course), and go to the gym.
What is your favorite type of music?
I have been listening to Daft Punk and EDM lately, but usually it’s R&B. My favorite artist is Lauryn Hill.
Do you think the movie is anything like the real thing?
I’d say about 75%. It’s wild and you never know what kind of shift we’re going to have. The energy is unbelievable. I’d say the other 25% is not like the movie, because Coyote NYC has adapted to the times. It’s so empowering as a woman. The relationships and camaraderie we have as a team is unlike anything else.
Why should a potential customer come and visit you?
I tailor every person’s experience to what they’re comfortable with. I always want to make people feel they can “come as they are” and leave with the feeling they are always safe and welcome during my shifts. I’m always for the girls, I love hyping them up. I love partying with them and creating a safe space to be unhinged. There aren’t a ton of spaces that do so, I’m grateful to be a part of a place that does.
Do you have any advice for women that want to be a Coyote?
Be prepared to grow in ways you never thought you could as a woman and even more about the community Coyote takes part in NYC. Yes, we’re the main characters as Coyotes, but it’s all about how you make people feel that will keep bringing them back to the bar.
