Lil Spill

Last night I took Jackson and his friend to a punk rock concert. NoFX. and we saw Slightly Stoopid as well. Really fun night. Unfortunately this morning I woke up and did a sprint triathlon. I swear they think I am a special olympics kid. While they are whizzing by me on their bikes I keep hearing ” You’re doing great. Keep going.” It’s like the chant volunteers use for children.
