Max

Army veteran and all-around badass, Max is always so much fun to be around and is the first person to try to help in anyway she can. She is a very important ingredient in our successful recipe here in San Antonio!

What’s the most fun about your job at Coyote Ugly?
Having the party of a lifetime every shift! Giving people their moment to shine and sing on the mic or dance on the bar. The fun isn’t me being the party, it’s making sure we are all the party.

What makes you a good Coyote?
I take a lot of pride in being a Coyote. My leadership always says “Give 100% of who you are today.” I take that statement to heart I give all of who I am that day to Coyote and our customers.

How long have you been a bartender?
I’ve been bartending for almost 6 months. Coyote was the first place to give me an opportunity with no experience, and I’m so grateful that they did.

What do you like to do on your off time?
I’m an extreme homebody. I love to craft, sew, and bake.

What is your favorite type of music?
I listen to all types of music, but my favorite would be alternative punk rock style music.

Do you think the movie is anything like the real thing?
I think the vibe of the movie is the same as the real thing. The movie depicts a bar that’s full of life and fun, that’s exactly what kind of bar we are in real life.

Why should a potential customer come and visit you?
My goal is to always make sure that each customer leaves in a better place than they came in. The biggest compliment is when customers tell me how great of a time they had because of the experience we gave them. I’d love for potential customers to come see me and get a piece of that feeling.

Do you have any advice for women who want to be a Coyote?
Empowered women empower women. Come be a part of that, you have a spark to share that can change someone’s life. One of the best parts of being a Coyote is making women feel confident, powerful, sexy, and respected. I love helping women reach that awakening for themselves in the bar. You might walk in feeling ok about yourself but you will walk out feeling like a BADASS. I would love to see more women become Coyotes and spread that type of empowerment to other women.
