Lu is a true Coyote Ugly force — the fiery redhead who’s fierce behind the bar and unstoppable on it. Fit, fearless, and full of attitude, she pours with confidence and turns the bar into her stage, keeping that Vegas wild energy high. Whether she’s slinging drinks or hanging upside down from the bar, she commands attention and owns it. With nonstop confidence and abs of steal, she turns every shift into a no-limits Vegas experience. That’s exactly why she deserves Coyote of the Month.

Morgan has shown incredible growth, consistency, and heart over the past year. She comes to work with a positive attitude, listens, puts in the work, and comes back better every time. She’s a hell of a dancer and a natural entertainer, and it shows in the constant reviews online and in guests who tell the managers personally how much they love her. This month she’s also leveling up as a traveling Coyote and heading to New Orleans for the first time. One year in, she's growing fast, and representing us on the road. We’re incredibly proud to have her as a part Coyote Ugly Saloon San Antonio!
