• January 2013, Ray, Memphis

When Ray first came to us, she had all the makings of a great Coyote, but she was a shy girl from a small town in Oregon. Ray's positive attitude and hard work quickly paid off as she has become one of the customers' favorite Coyotes! Ray has so much fun with her customers each shift, and it gets better every time she gets behind the bar.

What's the most fun about your job at Coyote Ugly?
The part I enjoy the most every day is when I get a great group of customers in here wanting to have a great time and participate in our shenanigans. It could be just a couple or it could be the whole bar, people's positive energy really makes the experience.

    What makes a good Coyote?
I come to work every day with a positive attitude and smile on my face ready to make every person that comes in leave with an unforgettable memory!

How long have you been a bartender?
I've been bartending for 9 months, three of which have been at Coyote.

What do you do on your off time?
I love the outdoors! Hiking, snowboarding, wakeboarding, going to the coast. My next adventure on my list is to go skydiving!!

What is your favorite type of music?
I listen to everything from country to death metal. I don't discriminate, it depends on my mood what I'm listening to that day.

Do you think the movie is anything like the real thing?
When people come into Coyote, I want to exceed their expectations. The real thing is a million times better!

Why should a potential customer come and visit you?
I've worked very hard to become the best Coyote I can be. I want patrons to come visit me because I'm personable, I love learning about other people and I want them to have the best time they can when they come to Coyote.

Do you have any advice for women who want to be a Coyote?
When I came to Memphis, I thought there was no way I would ever be considered to be a Coyote, but I got an audition, and then job offer, and even though it was not easy transforming into a Coyote, it was worth it!
